Job Description:


Role Overview:


- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager with 7-8 years of experience to join our growing team.


- In this role, you will lead and manage sales efforts to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence.


- You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a sales team, and ensuring targets are met.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, leadership, and a passion for achieving results.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Execution:


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.


- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.


Team Leadership:


- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they are motivated, trained, and equipped to succeed.


- Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.


Client Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.


- Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.


Market Analysis:


- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.


- Adjust sales tactics and strategies to remain competitive and capitalize on new opportunities.


Sales Reporting & Forecasting:


- Track sales performance and generate regular reports on pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market feedback.


- Provide insights to senior management to inform business decisions.


Negotiation & Closing:


- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage the contract process to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.


Essential Skills & Qualifications:


- Experience: 7-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.


- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.


- Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Experience in B2B sales is a plus.


- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs and offer innovative solutions.


- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
