Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth within existing clients.
- Utilize analytical skills to understand client business needs, identify challenges, and propose relevant IT Infrastructure and System Integration solutions.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our comprehensive portfolio, including Infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage), Networking Solutions, Security Solutions, System Integration Solutions, Mobility Solutions, and Cloud Computing Solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
- Manage the sales process from initial engagement and solution presentation to negotiation and closure of sales deals.
- Apply a solution-selling approach, focusing on understanding client business outcomes and aligning our IT Infrastructure, Data Center, and System Integration offerings accordingly.
- Develop an understanding of C-level stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, etc.) within assigned accounts and support senior team members in engaging with them.
- Contribute to managing large customers and supporting the closure of significant deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account information within our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical -sales, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about relevant technology trends and industry developments in IT Infrastructure and System Integration.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and reporting activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of direct sales and key account management experience within the IT industry.
- Experience in selling Infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage), Networking Solutions, Security Solutions, System Integration Solutions, Mobility Solutions, and Cloud Computing Solutions.
- Familiarity with solution selling principles, particularly related to IT Infrastructures, Data Center Solutions, and System Integration.
- Experience or exposure to interacting with C-level executives (CTOs, CIOs, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and contribute to closing deals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to build lasting client relationships.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of the IT Infrastructure landscape and key technologies.
