About the Role

Our client is a global player in the digital and technology services space, partnering with leading enterprises across sectors. They are expanding their India presence and looking to hire experienced leaders to drive sales, client relationships, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring growth, satisfaction, and renewals.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in industries including CPG, retail, BFSI, automotive, healthcare, consumer, industrial, and technology sectors.

- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across verticals

- Serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with delivery and product teams.

- Track account performance and ensure seamless client experiences.

Candidate Profile:

- 4-8 years in account management, client servicing, or enterprise sales in SaaS/digital solutions.

- Prior experience managing enterprise accounts in CPG, retail, BFSI, automotive, healthcare, consumer, industrial, and technology sectors.

- Strong relationship management and solutioning skills.

- Demonstrated success in upselling/cross-selling enterprise clients.
