Key Accounts Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international retail accounts.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from confirmation to on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, QA, and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
- Provide regular updates to clients and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (quality, audits, packaging, and documentation).
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing and new accounts.
- Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to support growth.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in managing key international retail accounts.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cookware manufacturing processes and global compliance standards.
- Expertise in export merchandising, order execution, and supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP / SAP.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced international environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in key account management/export business (preferably cookware, kitchenware, or home category).
- Prior experience in handling large-format international retailers is mandatory.
