Job Description:


- Manage key Q-commerce accounts, developing strategic plans to drive growth and maximize revenue.


- Identify upselling opportunities, lead negotiations, and monitor performance metrics.


- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, resolving issues promptly to ensure high client satisfaction.

Description:

Client Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key e-commerce accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships

- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, goals, and objectives to provide tailored solutions


- Build trust and credibility through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and timely delivery of results


Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement customized account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability

- Collaborate with clients to identify business opportunities, challenges, and objectives


- Design and execute strategic initiatives to achieve client goals and exceed expectations


Sales Execution:

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to drive revenue growth

- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets and expand client relationships


- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver targeted solutions


Performance Monitoring:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention

- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions


- Adjust account plans and strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve client objectives


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer support initiatives


- Facilitate open communication and knowledge-sharing across teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and client satisfaction


Profile:

- MBA in sales and marketing from a tier 1/2 Business School

- Minimum 6 years of work experience with 3 years being in Q-commerce


- FMCG food background is a necessity


- Strong comm skills


- Current/preferred location to be Gurgaon
