Job Role: Key Account Manager- PL- NBFC
Location : Mumbai
JOB PURPOSE:
The objective of the job is to improve sales of Personal Loans through the Fintech channels through on-boarding new channels & improving productivity in the existing channels.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Improve the distribution of Personal Loan through partnering with top Fintechs in the country.
- Improve the sales numbers through existing & new Fintech channels
- Minimum 30 crore productivity per KAM is expected
- Tech understanding - developing new journeys through market mapping, improvement in the current journeys - best practices followed in the industry
- Should be well versed with the language of the lender - should have basic understanding of the portfolio terminologies
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Educational Qualifications: Minimum MBA
Functional Skills:
- Candidate must have knowledge of the PL industry
- Must have worked with at least 1 top lender or 1 top Fintech
- Must know the processes followed in the industry by different lenders & Fintech's
- Must have basic understanding of call centre functioning
- Must be proficient in MS tools
- Must have good communication & presentation skills
