About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced sales professional to join our HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) division in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and executing sales strategies tailored to the HoReCa channel. This is a critical role in expanding our market presence and ensuring client satisfaction across key accounts in the HoReCa segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Sales Growth:
- Manage and grow existing key accounts in the HoReCa segment, including premium hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, and catering services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement heads, chefs, and business owners.
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention strategies.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire high-potential clients in the HoReCa space.
- Execute customer acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue goals.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and promotional activities for key accounts.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional and branding initiatives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Resolve client issues, handle objections, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and explore new opportunities.
Reporting & MIS:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales progress, and market intelligence.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales within the HoReCa segment.
- Strong network and understanding of the HoReCa landscape in Gurugram/Delhi NCR.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings across assigned territory.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline is mandatory (MBA preferred).
