Key Account Manager Food & Beverage (F&B) Services


Company: Indya Foods (Under Bluespring)


Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 10+ years in Key Account Management, preferably in Food Services / Hospitality / Corporate Catering

Reporting to: Business Head / Regional Head

What You'll Do at Indya Foods

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for key F&B clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.

- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients in sectors like corporates, institutions, and industrial units.

- Understand client dining and service requirements and tailor solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Address client feedback and concerns promptly, ensuring smooth communication and service resolution.

F&B Operations Oversight:

- Oversee the delivery of food and beverage services at client sites, ensuring hygiene, taste, presentation, and timeliness standards are met.

- Liaise with kitchen and service teams to ensure food safety and compliance with nutritional and statutory norms.

- Monitor SLAs around meal quality, portioning, service efficiency, and site hygiene.

- Conduct regular audits and client reviews to ensure operational excellence.

Business Development & Growth:

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services such as premium dining, events, or pantry management.

- Collaborate with the sales and culinary teams for new client onboarding, proposals, and custom offerings.

- Stay updated with F&B industry trends, competition, and client preferences to maintain an edge.

Contract & Cost Management:

- Manage client budgets, ensuring profitability and value delivery.

- Track meal counts, consumables usage, and daily cost metrics to control wastage and improve margins.

- Ensure adherence to contractual terms including pricing, deliverables, and escalation matrices.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

- Prepare and share regular performance dashboards with internal leadership and clients.

- Drive feedback-based improvements in menu planning, service quality, and dining experience.

- Ensure high NPS and client retention through innovation and responsiveness.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Key Account Management in the Food Services, Corporate Catering, or Hospitality sector.

- Bachelors/masters degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

- Sound understanding of large-scale food operations, client servicing, menu planning, and hygiene protocols.

- Strong client engagement, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM platforms
