Role Overview:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager Amazon & Nykaa to drive strong marketplace growth for our first brand.
The ideal candidate will be an enterprising, analytical, and high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
You will lead our relationships with Amazon and Nykaa, owning P&L, performance metrics, promotions, and growth planning across both platforms.
What Youll Do:
- Marketplace Ownership: Manage the end-to-end operations, sales performance, and growth levers on Amazon and/or Nykaa.
- Revenue & Growth: Drive GMV growth, conversion rates, and visibility for the brand on these platforms through strategic planning and flawless execution.
- Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with category teams at Amazon/Nykaa and internal cross-functional teams (supply chain, brand, finance).
- Performance Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to run effective paid campaigns and promotions on both platforms.
- Data & Analytics: Analyze platform data, run diagnostics, and take data-driven actions to improve content, discoverability, and conversions.
- Operations & Forecasting: Manage inventory planning, stock availability, and demand forecasts to ensure business continuity and zero lost sales.
Who You Are:
- 35 years of experience managing Amazon and/or Nykaa marketplace accounts; Amazon experience is highly preferred.
- Experience can be from either a traditional FMCG background handling digital commerce, or a new-age D2C brand managing online marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skillscomfortable with data tools, business dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Highly driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and ownership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skillscan influence internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and building disruptive consumer brands.
