- Responsible for channel management and business from assigned key accounts so as to achieve business results
- Increase share both value and volume with existing key accounts
- Acquire new customers for business growth
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and prepare regular forecast to enable effective forward planning
- Responsible for managing customers escalation, customer issues and participation in important negotiations with key accounts
- Relation building with category managers in all accounts and also liason with internal sales su8function
