About the Role:
We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships with key e-commerce partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, sales execution, and strategic planning within the e-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary relationship manager for key e-commerce accounts, ensuring strong and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Analyze account performance and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain) to align strategies.
- Resolve client issues efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
Requirements:
- MBA from a reputed B-School (preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG/E-commerce.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
