Position Name: Key Account Manager

Location: Gurgaon

About the Client:

Our Client is into a famous haircare brand creating 100% clean salon grade products that are intentionally formulated for Indian hair types, weather and habits.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations and hold the relationships with the platform POCs to make the brand one of the fastest growing.

- Create, manage and optimize product listings and merchandising for maximum visibility and conversion.

- Monitor inventory levels, prepare forecasts, and coordinate with the platform to raise POs at the right time to ensure products are always in stock.

- Coordinate with the operations team to process and fulfill POs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

- Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns specific to each platform to drive traffic and sales.

- Regularly analyze key metrics including sales data, customer feedback, competitor data, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain dashboards to monitor performance and manage unit economics.

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in consulting, D2C startup, or e-commerce roles Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar).

- Understanding of Qcomm operations, inventory management, and advertising platforms.

- Exceptional first-principle problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple channels and POC Knowledge of the D2C industry and emerging trends in Quick commerce platforms is a plus.

Other Details:

- Work from Office - Gurgaon

- 6 days a week
