About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Key Account Manager to drive business growth in the corporate training industry. This role requires a proven track record in sales and account management, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver tailored training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue from new and existing clients by identifying training needs and aligning suitable solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of training programs.
- Proactively resolve client issues, ensuring retention and repeat business.
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships; re-engage dormant accounts with fresh opportunities.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across accounts.
- Stay updated on client industries and their evolving training requirements.
- Gather and act upon client feedback to continuously improve services.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all stages of engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in Corporate Training Sales (not training coordination, delivery, or operations).
- Strong account management skills with the ability to influence and build C-level relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in the local language of the base city.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer success.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
