We're Hiring: Key Account Manager (Corporate Sales)
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a knack for building strong B2B relationships? We're looking for dynamic Key Account Managers (KAMs) - Female/Male to join our client's corporate sales team across Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.
Open Roles: 5 per location
Role Summary:
- As a KAM, you'll be the driving force behind corporate client acquisition and account management.
- You'll manage the entire sales cycle, foster strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & nurture relationships with corporate clients; serve as their primary point of contact
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prospect & acquire new corporate clients to grow the business portfolio
- Execute strategic sales plans and negotiate contracts
- Provide market insights and feedback to shape future offerings
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
Experience & Skills:
- 3-8 years in B2B corporate sales, key account management, or similar roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Strategic thinking and business development skills
Education:
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
