Job Title: Key Account Manager - Community Sales

About the Role:
This is an entrepreneurial position where you'll be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and expanding relationships with high- value communities. This includes professional associations (like those for lawyers, doctors, and CAs), exclusive clubs, and influential online and offline networks. Your goal is to establish our company as the go- to financial partner for these groups. You will build trust, engage members through events and webinars, and ensure they continue to use our solutions. As the company's representative, you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful presentations and community activations. You will also lead a team of Relationship Managers to help convert interested members into long- term clients.
This position requires a strong on- the- ground presence, a focus on relationship- driven sales, and the ability to create scalable community engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Acquisition & Partnerships:
- Identify and onboard professional associations (lawyers, doctors, CAs, etc.), exclusive clubs, influential offline and online communities, professional /networks, alumni groups.
- Build trusted relationships with decision- makers
- Position Company as their go- to financial wellness partner.
2. Strategic Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the clients.
- Build and execute long- term engagement plans tailored to each community.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, ensuring repeat engagement and referrals.
3. Community Engagement & Activation:
- Drive awareness and usage through on- ground events, workshops, and activations.
- Partner with marketing to run tailored campaigns within each community.
- Convert engagement into active users of Company's investment and financial solutions.
4. Revenue & Growth Ownership:
- Own product usage and revenue targets from communities.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross- sell opportunities within networks.
- Drive retention and ensure continuous value delivery to clients
Requirements:
- You must have substantial experience in B2B2C/institutional sales and relationship management.
- You must be capable of influencing senior stakeholders and navigating large, complex communities or networks.
- You must possess excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- You must be a self- motivated individual with a growth- oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Prior experience with financial products (investments, insurance, lending, etc.) is preferred.
