About the Role :-
We are seeking a highly driven and performance-focused Key Account Manager to accelerate growth for our Beauty and Personal Care (BPC) brand across leading marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho) and Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ads management, analytics, assortment planning, and platform-specific growth strategies, with a proven track record of scaling revenue and improving visibility in ecommerce channels.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Marketplace & Q-Commerce Management: Drive growth and manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
- Ads & Campaign Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
- Growth & Revenue Planning: Develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Analytics & Reporting: Leverage marketplace dashboards, analytics tools, and insights to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Brand Visibility & Assortment: Ensure correct listing, pricing, inventory management, and content optimization for better discoverability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, supply chain, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Competitor Analysis: Track competitor performance, pricing, and campaigns to stay ahead in the category.
- Category Focus: Build brand leadership in the Beauty and Personal Care segment by understanding category nuances and shopper behavior.
Key Skills & Requirements :-
- Ads Management Expertise: Proven ability to run and scale marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and drive measurable results.
- Analytics Proficiency: Strong knowledge of marketplace dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Blinkit/Zepto panels).
- Beauty & Personal Care Experience: Prior experience in managing BPC brands is highly preferred.
- Growth Mindset: Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and strong execution capabilities.
- Detail Orientation: Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for negotiation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
