We're hiring a Key Account Manager to manage enterprise clients, drive cross-selling, and grow SaaS sales. Ideal candidates have strong experience in B2B SaaS (preferably DMS/SFA), with a proven ability to grow key accounts and close new business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow key client accounts.

- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for new and existing clients.

- Build relationships with C-level stakeholders.

- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

- 6 - 7 years in B2B SaaS Products sales/account management.

- Strong in consultative selling and relationship building.

- CRM proficiency and target-driven mindset.

- MBA preferred, not required.
