Talentiser is looking for dynamic and driven Key Account Managers to manage direct B2B client relationships in the IT infrastructure and technology space.

The role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier enterprise clients and global tech brands, driving IT solution sales across hardware, software, services, and mobility.


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Identify, map, and develop business opportunities across strategic accounts in assigned regions


- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, achieving revenue and growth targets


- Manage and grow relationships with CXOs and decision-makers in corporate/enterprise segments


- Conduct market evaluations to analyze competition and uncover new business opportunities


- Provide end-to-end account management, including upselling, cross-selling, and renewals


- Deliver customized IT solutions tailored to clients pain points and business needs


- Ensure timely CRM updates, reporting of sales data, and regular feedback on market trends


- Collaborate with internal teams to build and deliver comprehensive enterprise solutions


Skills and Qualifications Required:


- 8-10 years of B2B direct sales experience in the IT/Technology/Telecom/Mobility sector


- Proven track record in farming and hunting enterprise accounts


- Strong understanding of enterprise IT products and managed services


- Ability to conceptualize IT solutions around client challenges and pain areas


- Familiarity with annuity/quarterly sales cycles and enterprise deal structures


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain CXO-level relationships


- Experience working in a CRM-driven, target-oriented environment


- Exposure to selling IT Managed Services is a strong plus
