About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a KAM Support.


The role requires strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and business support skills to ensure smooth functioning of key account operations and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

- Support Key Account Managers in managing strategic client relationships.

- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services/solutions.

- Drive account performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying gaps, and ensuring corrective actions.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) for smooth execution of client requirements.

- Prepare client reports, presentations, and data analysis to support business reviews.

- Assist in contract renewals, compliance checks, and maintaining account documentation.

- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts.


Key Requirements:


- 8 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, or Business Support.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proven ability to handle large accounts and complex client requirements.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint; CRM knowledge is a plus.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first approach
