About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a KAM Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Key Account Managers in managing strategic client relationships.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services/solutions.
- Drive account performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying gaps, and ensuring corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and data analysis to support business reviews.
- Assist in contract renewals, compliance checks, and maintaining account documentation.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts.
