About:
- Manage relationships with enterprise customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all travel and related service requirements.
- Drive adoption of theorganizations corporate travel platform, hotel,car bookings and ancillary products within client organizations.
- Understand clients' travel policies, budgets, and compliance requirements to offer customized solutions.
- Monitor client travel spends and provide insights, MIS reports, and optimization strategies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell travel-related products
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and SLAs to ensure long-term value for both client and company.
- Ensure high service levels by coordinating with operations, product, and customer support teams.
- Track client satisfaction and implement corrective measures to address issues.
- Achieve account revenue, retention, and growth targets.
- Looking for candidates with exp in managing large enterprise. Travel product experience is preferred
