Key Account Manager


- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our sales team in Hyderabad.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with strategically important customers, ensuring long-term success, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.


- This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:


- Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring strong and long-term client relationships.


- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and address their needs effectively and promptly.


- Develop a deep understanding of the clients business model and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.


- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, support) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.


- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work on upselling and cross-selling.


- Maintain sales pipeline, track progress, and report key account metrics (sales results, forecasts, etc.


- Negotiate contracts, close agreements, and ensure timely renewals and satisfaction.


- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.


- Regularly visit clients and conduct business reviews to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.


- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in key account management, B2B sales, or enterprise sales.


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.


- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office suite.


- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions that add value.


- Comfortable with a target-driven sales environment and managing multiple clients simultaneously.


- Willingness to travel within the region as required
