Job Description: Business Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Analyst (Area Sales Manager) to join our growing team at KENT RO Systems Ltd. The selected candidate will undergo an intensive 3-month in-office training program at our headquarters to gain in-depth knowledge of our products, sales processes, and business operations. Post-training, the candidate will be deployed in the field to drive sales growth, manage channel partners, and ensure market expansion in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Office Training (First 3 Months):

- Undergo structured classroom and on-the-job training covering product knowledge, sales processes, reporting tools, and business systems.

- Participate in live sales analysis, competitor mapping, and territory planning exercises.

- Collaborate with senior sales leaders to understand market strategies and customer engagement techniques.

Field Sales & Market Development (Post-Training):

- Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory by effectively managing channel sales, modern trade, and e-commerce distribution points.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key partners.

- Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and improve market penetration.

- Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and recommend action plans.

- Share periodic performance reports and insights with the regional sales head.

Business Process Improvement:

- Suggest and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency in the sales cycle.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Sales & Marketing from a IIMs preferred.

- Strong business acumen with a passion for sales and customer engagement.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an advantage.

- Willingness to relocate and travel extensively post-training.
