About Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing paid campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and leveraging analytics to improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and implement A/B tests to improve performance.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams for seamless execution.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and attribution models.
- Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and CRO is a plus.
