Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site B2B Sales Specialist / Head role located in Pune at Kay Bee Bio-Organics. The Sales Specialist / Head will be responsible for analytical sales, account management, sales team management, and sales management.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Create and implement a strategic plan for B2B sales.
- Set clear goals, sales targets, and KPIs for the sales team.
- Develop and refine pricing strategies and value propositions.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to ensure high performance.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify new business opportunities and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Manage and negotiate complex sales cycles with large businesses.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
-Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor actions, and customer needs.
- Adjust sales strategies based on changing market conditions and customer feedback.
- Sales Operations Oversight: Monitor sales pipelines and ensure efficient use of CRM systems.
- Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and forecasts. Collaboration with Other Departments:
-Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support
for sales initiatives.
- Provide input on product offerings based on customer feedback and sales data.
Budgeting and Financial Planning:
- Manage the sales department's budget and resources.
- Optimize spending to maximize ROI on sales initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators.
- Regularly report sales performance to executive leadership.
- Implement corrective actions to address any performance gaps.
Contract Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiations for large or strategic deals.
- Ensure contracts are in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
Customer Feedback and Satisfaction:
- Collect and evaluate feedback from clients to improve offerings and processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues.
