Job Summary:.

- The Senior Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient inventory handling.

- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and implement measures to prevent stock discrepancies.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity.

- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless inbound and outbound logistics.
