Educational Qualification: MBA/ B. Sc. in Agriculture from a reputed institute.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Develop and implement offline sales and marketing strategies to boost brand presence and drive sales.
- Lead regional and state-level sales & marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Expand and manage networks including retail, institutional clients, and distribution channels.
- Utilize tools like Lead Management Software, Zoho, and Power BI for campaign tracking and performance analysis.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and ROI measurement for offline marketing activities.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team with a focus on innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and digital marketing teams for integrated marketing efforts.
- Identify new market opportunities and execute promotional campaigns effectively.
Required Skills and Experience:.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing and leadership roles such as State Head or Regional Manager.
- Strong understanding of retail management, network expansion, and institutional client handling.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like Zoho, Lead Management Software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
