Position: Field Marketing Manager.

Location: Bhopal.

Experience: 5+ years in marketing, focusing on offline channels.

Qualification: MBA / B.Sc in Agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Marketing Strategy: Develop, execute, and monitor ATL/BTL and digital marketing strategies nationwide, in consultation with sales teams and management.

- Product Launch & Innovation: Plan and monitor new product launches, evaluate effectiveness, and suggest new product categories and SKUs to R&D and management.

- Offline Marketing: Implement offline marketing strategies to drive brand presence and sales at regional and state levels.

- Network Expansion: Manage and expand networks, including retail, institutional clients, and distribution channels.

- Campaign Management: Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and ROI for offline marketing efforts, using tools like Zoho, Lead Management Software, and Power BI for performance tracking.

- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.

- Collaboration & Promotion: Collaborate with sales, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure integrated efforts, and identify new market opportunities for promotional campaigns.

- Agency & Media Liaison: Negotiate with agencies for optimal media deals and advertisements.

Key Achievements:.

- Launched wheat seed and pesticide categories, exceeding sales targets by 20%.

- Designed the product packaging for "Home" brand products in Unnati.

- Successfully established the Trucide pesticide brand.

Required Skills:.

Proven experience in leadership roles such as State Head or Regional Manager.

Expertise in retail management, network expansion, and client handling.

Proficiency in marketing tools like Zoho and Lead Management Software.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
