Key Account Manager (Agriculture)
Location: Bhopal
Were looking for a Key Account Manager (Agriculture) to join our team! In this role, youll provide expert advice and innovative solutions to farmers, helping them improve crop yields
and productivity.
You will also drive the sales of agricultural products through our e-commerce platform, working with both new and existing customers to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with farming customers, understand their challenges, and offer tailored solutions.
- Expert Advisory Role: Provide guidance on farming practices such as seed selection, soil management, pest control, etc., via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Sales & Product Promotion: Drive sales of agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, etc.), track sales targets, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge & Market Awareness: Stay updated on agricultural trends, products, and market conditions to provide relevant advice.
- Negotiation & Sales Closure: Manage sales deals with key accounts, offer competitive pricing, and foster long-term business relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of farming practices and agricultural products.
- Proven skills in sales, communication, and customer service.
- Ability to analyze agricultural data and provide actionable advice.
- Degree in Agricultural Science or a related field preferred.
