Job Description:
Field Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Promote and Sell: Actively promote and sell beauty products to salons, spas, retail stores, and individual clients.
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and maintain relationships with salons, spas, retail stores, and beauty professionals.
- Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand brand presence.
Customer Engagement & Training:
- Train salon staff and retailers on product application, benefits, and selling techniques.
- Organize beauty workshops, product launches, and training sessions.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to improve marketing strategies.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and marketing activities.
- Travel & On-Site Visits: Visit potential and existing clients regularly to strengthen brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotion in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or beauty products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
- Passion for beauty trends and customer engagement.
- Experience in B2B sales or working with salons, spas, or beauty retailers is a plus.
