Job Description:

- As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire the best talent in the industry.

- You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's staffing needs.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
