Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to oversee and manage data strategy initiatives. This role involves coordinating data analysis projects, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables, and guiding team members to meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to manage processes and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define data requirements, oversee analysis frameworks, and ensure timely delivery of insights.

- Manage quality control checks on data from initial delivery through to final outputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

- Supervise data mining and analytical activities to identify consumer trends and actionable patterns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with client expectations in terms of scope, speed, and quality.

- Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, ensuring continuous process improvement.

Essential Skills and Qualities:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex problems.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation and reporting.

- Working knowledge of analytical tools (R, SAS, or SQL) for data manipulation and reporting.

- Experience handling large datasets and ensuring data integrity.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

- Masters' Degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related fields).

- 1-3 years of relevant analytics or data management experience preferred.
