About Arkahub

Arkahub is on a mission to simplify home solar and build India's most loved home energy brand. We are a consumer-tech company replacing the complex, project-based approach to solar with a simple, integrated product and a delightful customer experience.

The Role

We are looking for our founding Head of Growth Marketing to architect and scale our entire customer acquisition engine. This is a leadership role for a data-driven builder who will be responsible for driving Arkahub's growth from the ground up. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling high-value D2C products and is a master of the online-to-offline ("phygital") customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Build the Engine: Design, implement, and scale Arkahub's end-to-end growth strategy across all digital and offline channels.

- Own the Funnel: Manage the entire customer acquisition funnel, from initial awareness and lead generation to driving qualified footfall to our physical retail stores.

- Optimize Performance: Manage the marketing budget and optimize for key metrics, including Cost Per Acquisition (CAC), lead quality, and conversion rates.

- Data-Driven Strategy: Use data and analytics to generate customer insights, run experiments, and continuously improve campaign performance.

- Innovate on New Channels: Develop strategies for brand discovery and lead generation through emerging channels, including conversational AI and LLM platforms.

Who We're Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a strong background in a high-growth D2C startup.

- Proven track record of scaling a high-value product or service.

- Deep expertise in managing online-to-offline funnels and tracking assisted conversions.

- Hands-on experience with the full suite of digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, Social, Content, etc.).

- A strategic thinker with a "get-it-done" startup mindset.
