Key Responsibilities:

- Extract and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights on revenue, growth, margins, ROAS, etc.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key business metrics for different channels and product categories

- Lead or support deep-dive analyses to solve specific business questions or challenges

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and performance tracking

- Manage end-to-end weekly and monthly review processes-data collection, validation,and meeting coordination

- Continuously improve data workflows for better accuracy and efficiency

- Take up projects for improving operational efficiencies and margins

Qualifications:

- MBA in Finance or Business

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in a startup environment

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), Google Sheets; working knowledge of

- SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau) is a plus

- Strong understanding of business metrics and performance measurement.

- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills to convey data-driven insights.
