Job Summary


We are seeking proactive and results-driven International Sales leaders to join our stainless steel division. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in global steel markets, a proven track record in B2B sales, and expertise in international trade and export operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Development:

- Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand international markets.

- Identify and acquire new clients, distributors, and trading partners worldwide.

- Strengthen the company's global presence in key markets such as Europe, the Middle East, South-East Asia, and North America.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth:

- Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, negotiations, and sales forecasting.

- Manage high-value deals and long-term contracts with international clients.

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

3. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

- Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

- Provide insights on industry developments and recommend business expansion strategies.

- Identify opportunities for new product offerings and strategic partnerships.

4. Export Operations & Compliance:

- Oversee export documentation, trade regulations, and customs requirements.

- Ensure compliance with international trade policies, incoterms, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to meet client requirements.

5. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, traders, and distributors.

- Provide excellent customer service, post-sales support, and technical assistance.

- Address client inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.

6. Team Leadership & Performance Management:

- Lead and mentor the Export Sales team, setting performance goals and driving results.

- Conduct regular sales reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

- Foster a high-performance sales culture within the team.

7. Trade Shows & Networking:

- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.

- Network with key industry stakeholders to generate business opportunities.
