Jyote Motors - General Manager - Sales - Audi Vehicle

Responsibilities:

As the General Manger of Audi Ranchi you will be responsible for :

- Maximizing profitability through sales of various products and services such as sales of vehicles, accessories, finance and insurance

- Implementing and monitoring marketing and advertisement support plans for new product launches to enhance both retail sales and corporate sales potential of Audi Ranchi

- Creating the budget for the entire sales operations, managing expenses judiciously, and ensuring collection of payment from customers on time in order to ensure the maximum profitability

- Preparation of Sales Plans and Objectives through developing detailed territory allocation plans for sales managers and Sales Consultants

- Reviewing the performance of sales managers and Sales Consultants and ensuring the achievement of weekly, fortnightly and monthly sales targets as per sales plans and objectives

- Developing and managing customer database and ensuring higher level of customer satisfaction by addressing the customer complaints and grievances through Customer Care department

- Managing the inventory of cars effectively in coordination with Audi India to meet the demand - supply gap dynamically

- Developing competitive intelligence by gathering competitors' strategies and activities

- Responsible for HR activities related to developing recruitment, training and incentive plans for the entire sales cadre and reviewing the performance of sales managers and team leaders by working closely with the HR team

- Responsible for managing the relationship with the manufacturer, banks, and other organizations with whom Audi Ranchi has business and commercial relationships
