Position : Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location : Bangalore
Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with people strategies within designated departments or teams. This role works closely with senior leadership to deliver value-added HR services, promote a positive workplace culture, and support strategic goals through effective talent management, employee engagement, and performance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies to support current and future business needs. Manage performance and career development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Change Management: Drive change initiatives, supporting leaders and employees during periods of organizational transformation. Communicate changes effectively to maintain engagement and minimize disruption.
- Learning and Development: Partner with the L&D team to identify training needs, support skill development, and ensure alignment with career progression and business goals.
- Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the HR team to manage compensation reviews, promotions, and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, support decision-making, and provide insights to business leaders.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Mitigate HR-related risks by developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with legal requirements.
- HR Program Implementation: Roll out HR programs, such as performance management, engagement surveys, and rewards, ensuring alignment with organizational values and objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in business partnering, employee relations, and talent management.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data management and reporting.
- Knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related systems.
