Just Wines - Chief Operating Officer

Just Wines wants a Senior GM/COO in Faridabad who will run the whole business engine (sales, marketing, inventory, customer service, warehouse, cash flow) and turn it more profitable every quarter. If you do well, you'll be promoted to CEO in 12-24 months.

What you'll actually do:

- Own the numbers: sales, profit, costs, cash flow.

- Marketing: bring in customers cheaper and make ads more effective.

- Website/App: get more people to buy, increase average spend, and get them to repeat.

- Suppliers & Inventory: buy smarter, reduce stock sitting around, and avoid stock-outs.

- Logistics: make deliveries reliable and cost-efficient.

- Team: build and manage a small but powerful team in Faridabad.

- Processes: set up systems so the company runs smoothly.

- What success looks like in 12-18 months

- Revenue up 20-35%

- Profit margin up 3-5%

- Ads & customer acquisition 15-25% cheaper

- Website conversion, AOV, repeat rate all go up

- Inventory moves faster, with fewer stockouts

- Vendor payment terms extended (better cash cycle)

- Strong team + clear CEO handover plan

Who they want:

- 10-15+ years in e-commerce/retail with big P&L ownership (- 300-1,500 cr)

- Proven track record of improving profits & cash flow, not just sales

- Hands-on with marketing, website conversion, CRM, inventory, suppliers, warehouses

- Ideally from companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, Zepto, Mamaearth, Delhivery, etc.

- Ready to step up as CEO in 1-2 years

Pay:

- Base salary: - 35-120 LPA (depending on whether Sr GM or COO level)

- Bonus: up to 50-100% of base (paid quarterly, tied to results)

- Equity/profit share: 0.5-2% (long-term upside)

- Extra incentive if you hit targets and take over as CEO
