Jurala - Warehouse Operations Specialist

- We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage inventory, optimize storage processes, and oversee logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, supply chain coordination, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.

- Ensure proper stocking, labeling, and tracking of goods using warehouse management systems (WMS).

- Monitor warehouse efficiency and implement process improvements to optimize space utilization and reduce turnaround time.

- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers for seamless inbound and outbound logistics.

- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, audits, and company SOPs.

- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to operational procedures.

- Analyze inventory levels and generate reports for demand planning and stock replenishment.

Requirements:

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.

- Proficiency in WMS, SAP, or similar inventory management tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
