Jurala - Production Coordinator

We are hiring a Production Coordinator to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure workflow efficiency, and maintain production schedules. The candidate should be detail-oriented with strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery timelines.

- Coordinate with multiple departments, including quality, warehouse, and supply chain, to ensure smooth production flow.

- Track and manage raw material inventory levels and liaise with procurement teams.

- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.

- Assist in troubleshooting production-related issues and implement corrective measures.

- Generate production reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:

- Degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or operations.

- Strong knowledge of production scheduling and workflow optimization.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
