Responsibilities:


Strategic Role:



- Lead marketplace business growth for the organization.


- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve Business Development targets and delivery.

- Promote and develop our existing Product strategy and policies by collaborating with product and engineering teams.


- Conduct research to identify marketing opportunities.



- Propose system improvements to attain the company's marketing objectives.


- Establish strategic partnerships/collaborations and expand B2C marketplace & B2B SAAS

Solutions in India and global markets across continents.


- Work closely with the CEO of Jupitice to drive strategic growth in terms of revenue, business,

and delivery of products and services.


Operational Role:



- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.



- Contribute to bottom-line P&L by developing and monetizing a sustainable ecosystem.


- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the judicial technology

sector.


- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

- Promote the company's services and capabilities to potential clients and partners.



Managerial Role:



- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.


- Lead and grow business operations.


- Streamline and develop processes for managing end-to-end business development and

delivery.


- Oversee and coordinate the activities of various departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.


- Manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


Qualifications:



- Proven experience of working with Start Ups and ready to take challenges in business development, driving P&L, revenue top line, operations, strategic planning, and relationship management.


- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.


- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


- Full-time MBA from a reputed institution.


- Willingness to work full-time from our office.
