About the Role:
- We are looking for a passionate and strategic L&D professional to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of L&D initiatives that build individual capability and organizational effectiveness.
- This role will be a key partner in shaping our learning culture and aligning talent and OD strategies with business needs.
Designation - Associate Vice President (AVP).
Location - Mumbai.
Reports to Head COE.
Work Days 5.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business priorities and future skills needs.
- Conduct organization-wide learning needs analysis to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
- Lead the development and delivery of scalable learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, soft skills development, and compliance training.
- Leverage digital learning platforms, tools, and blended learning models to ensure engaging, accessible development experiences.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments and impact measurement, continuously improving based on data and business outcomes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to create customized learning pathways.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the Learning Management System.
- Contribute to organizational change efforts by aligning learning initiatives with transformation goals.
- Support initiatives that promote inclusion and cultural alignment.
- Use data and diagnostics to shape OD programs and interventions.
Qualification:
- Full Time MBA in HR.
- Minimum 8+ Years of experience into L&D.
