Manager - Product Marketing - User Experience Focused


Job overview:


We are looking for a UI/UX focused Product Marketing Manager. This unique role blends the strategic thinking of a product marketer with the user-centric approach. You will play a critical role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our products, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for determining user journeys, segmentation, positioning, naming, competitive analysis, internal and external communications that shape the product's voice.

Key responsibilities:


- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.

- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and existing product enhancements.

- Define target audiences, key messaging, and value propositions for each product.

- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.


- Translate user insights into actionable product requirements and design recommendations.

- Work across several aspects of marketing - from segmentation, branding and positioning to targeted outreach and strategy, go-to-market strategy, campaigns, constructs, and communication and combine them into user journeys to impact respective product funnels.

- Perform A/B tests, conduct impact analysis, and gather user feedback to optimize and understand users' gaming experience and improve product engagement.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Design, Product, Analytics, Creative, and Leadership, to drive product roadmaps, strategy, and execution.

- Develop actionable, data-driven insights to drive product and marketing strategies.

- Identify scaling opportunities for product features through enhancement and user adoption by deep-diving into data.

- Drive the product roadmap by analyzing user funnels and cohorts.

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications & skills required:

- At least 3-4 years of experience in user engagement, user education, and user journeys.

- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in market research, messaging, positioning, branding, creative development, and campaign execution.

- Experienced in planning and rolling out new product features using marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.

- Passion for working with technology products and solving consumer needs.

- Ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements.
