Transaction Processing Manager - Associate


Description:


Lead and drive strategic change management projects to meet evolving business needs across multiple lines of business.


As a Project Manager in the Global Regulatory Change and Controls team, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of Business Analysts in Mumbai and Singapore.


You will manage large, cross-line-of-business and cross-location projects within the regulatory reporting change and controls work stream, ensuring JPMorgan's compliance with regulatory requirements.


This role involves extensive collaboration with operations teams, data analysis, and maintaining transparency through metrics and reports.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic guidance to drive project agendas that meet business needs.

- Oversee end-to-end daily management of GEMS, focusing on client data setup and maintenance.

- Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness for regulatory reporting changes.

- Ensure all data actions are authorized and completed within specified timelines.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to compile business requirements and drive delivery.

- Develop and document standard operating procedures and control frameworks.

- Lead the monthly GEMS Internal Party Governance Working Group, managing issue escalation.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in change management or business analysis.

- Subject matter expertise in party reference data, account reference data, and client documentation.

- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work.

- Ability to operate with an ownership mindset.
