Senior Information Technology Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on retail operations.
- Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and initiatives.
- Plan, implement, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including systems, data, networks, and cloud services.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of IT systems and data.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS).
- Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor and control IT expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Provide regular budget reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing IT team.
- Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for D365 and other systems.
- Design, customize, configure, and integrate D365 and related applications.
- Develop and implement solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI).
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. -
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain robust data security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
- Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide technical guidance and support to non-technical users.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of total IT experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in IT management within the retail industry.
- At least 4 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role.
- Strong understanding of D365, SCM, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in network administration, system administration, and database management.
- Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus
