- Business Growth Strategy: Translate growth strategy into functional, cross functional KPIs & design target operating model in line with forecasted growth plan.
- Process transformation, Business Model Transformation, Structural Transformation, Digital Transformation, Functional Process Transformation, Work culture transformation & Change Management.
- Proficiency in Strategic Business Expansion by market expansion, Vertical expansion, business diversification, market penetration, Strategic sales growth & cross-cultural expansion through Strategic Alliance & Technology Alliance.
- Futuristic business plan by new vertical planning, Diversification, disinvestment of non- performing assets, creation of sustainable business Growth strategy in line with forecasted Business Plan.
Succession Planning:
- Analyse business plans to identify the positions most critical for business growth.
- Establish the key competencies required to undertake these roles and the high potential employees that could step up and assume these positions.
- Recognise the timeframe of successor's readiness to take on the role.
- Determine the training and development required to fill skill gaps and prepare them for advancement.
- identifying gaps in talent and focusing on the development of high performers.
Process building and stabilization:
- Measuring the efficiency of an organization's operational processes and taking steps to improve them.
- Empowering the operational team with the leadership and resources they need to successfully complete operations initiatives.
- Coach, mentor and guide the senior leadership team and monitor the progress closely Identify the potential misses of milestones proactively and define a customize strategy around it and work along with the senior leaders to ensure contingency management.
- Manage expectations and keep effective communication channels across to ensure all support is extended to the senior leaders.
- Encourage and build a strong and a cohesive senior leadership team, play an active role in resolving any differences or contradictions among and keep them working together in a common direction.
Driving growth in the aluminium business:
- Manage and monitor the P&L of the organization closely and work towards keeping the quarterly and the year end results positive.
- Deliver the expected EBIDTA levels as per the agreement with the leadership.
- Deliver results which are metric based and measurable, quantify all possible metrics and show QOQ, & YOY results for effective tracking, monitoring, and control.
- Ensure organization is high on compliances and required regulations around the various business verticals.
