We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Leader to build and lead our sales function end-to-end.
This is a high-impact role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You will lead a sales team, close key deals, and drive revenue growth, with a focus on expanding our presence in international markets such as North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Build and manage the complete sales funnel, from lead generation and qualification to delivering customized proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
Ensure smooth post-sale handoff, client onboarding, and long-term relationship management to drive retention, upselling, and consistent revenue growth.
- Global Market Expansion: Lead efforts to generate new business across international markets, specifically in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.
- Lead Qualification & Conversion: Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads into loyal, long-term clients.
- Sales Targets: Own and consistently exceed sales targets, driving measurable revenue growth for the company.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with leadership and marketing teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead & Mentor Sales Team: Manage and mentor the sales team, while personally closing high-value deals and contributing directly to sales success.
- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with trends in the IT software services industry and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track key performance metrics, and manage pipeline effectively to ensure visibility and accountability.

- Proven Sales Leadership: A demonstrated track record of success in sales leadership roles within the IT software and services sector.
- Sales Funnel Expertise: Experience in building, scaling, and optimizing sales funnels from scratch, with a focus on high-growth environments.
- International Market Experience: Strong experience in selling into North America, Europe, Middle East, and Australia, with a proven ability to navigate diverse market dynamics.
- Hands-On & Strategic: Comfortable balancing a hands-on approach while also leading and mentoring a team to achieve growth targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and present to senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.
