Experience in the US market and SaaS Sales is mandatory.
Experience as a founder or driving growth at an early-stage startup is a strong plus.
Notice Period Immediate joiners or those with a maximum notice period of 30 days are preferred.

About You:
Experience: 5+ years in SaaS sales, with a focus on hunting and closing new business across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments in the US.
- Proven success in high-velocity, short sales cycles.
- Sales-Driven: A true hunter mindsetgoal-oriented, self-motivated, and relentless in pursuit of new logos.
- Consultative Selling: Solutions-focused with a sharp ability to uncover customer pain points and align them with product value quickly and effectively.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in cold outreach, running demos, and closing over the phone or via video calls.
- Fast-Paced Operator: Thrives in high-volume environments; comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously.
- CRM-Savvy: Disciplined with sales activity tracking and pipeline management; proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- US Market Expert: Deep understanding of the US buyer mindset and geography; comfortable navigating diverse industries and buyer personas.
- Relationship Builder: Builds trust quickly, manages objections well, and turns first-time buyers into repeat customers.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Outbound Prospecting & Demos: Own the full sales cyclesource, engage, and close leads via cold outreach, inbound qualification, and product demos.
- Quick Closes: Navigate short sales cycles (210 Days); maintain momentum to hit aggressive monthly targets.
- Closing Deals: Handle negotiations, create urgency, and drive deals to close with speed and confidence.
- Client Discovery: Quickly identify needs and present tailored value propositions that address business pain points.
- Pipeline Management: Keep CRM updated with all prospect activity, notes, and stages to ensure pipeline accuracy.
- Revenue Growth: Help drive fast customer acquisition with a goal of closing 100+ new logos/month across the team.
