JCBL - Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing/Retail Segment - CA

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control procedures.

- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance and identifying variances.

- Manage working capital, cash flow, and treasury functions.

- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.

- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

- Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.

- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.

- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and performance feedback.

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems.

- Participate in financial due diligence and other special projects.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid membership.

- 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the Manufacturing or Retail industry.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in using ERP systems and financial management software.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
