Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively, track progress, and ensure all digital marketing initiatives are executed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and career development opportunities for the team.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our brokerage services, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth.
- Align digital marketing plans with overall company goals, ensuring a cohesive online presence across all platforms (website, social media, search engines, etc.
- Identify new trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company ahead of digital marketing trends in the financial services industry.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, SEO, email marketing, display ads, social media, affiliate marketing, etc.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and targeted to appropriate market segments.
- Analyze digital marketing data and use insights to adjust campaigns, optimize ROI, and improve performance metrics such as leads, conversions, and customer retention.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hub Spot, etc.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for future digital marketing initiatives and strategies.
SEO & Content Optimization
- Oversee SEO strategy and execution to increase organic visibility and drive traffic to the firms website.
- Ensure that content across digital channels is optimized for search engines and designed to engage and convert visitors into leads.
- Collaborate with the content team to create valuable, informative, and high-quality content that appeals to target audiences.
Social Media Management & Engagement
- Lead the social media strategy to build the firms presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage day-to-day social media campaigns, including content creation, community engagement, and paid social ads.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and audience growth.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with the sales, product, and compliance teams to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support digital initiatives and ensure high-quality execution.
Budget Management & Optimization
- Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across various channels and campaigns.
- Monitor expenses, track ROI, and ensure that campaigns are optimized for cost-effectiveness and results.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Work with the compliance team to ensure that digital marketing content (ads, social posts, etc. ) adheres to the regulatory standards for financial services and stock broking.
Key Requirements
Experience & Education
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the financial services or stock broking industry.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and brand awareness.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Expertise in using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc. ) to track campaign performance and generate insights.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling digital content and reports.
- Deep understanding of the financial industry, particularly stock broking, and its regulations in digital marketing.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience with paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads), and programmatic advertising.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and landing page optimization.
- Familiarity with video marketing and online webinars for client education.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to draw actionable insights from data and metrics
