Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Create project plans (timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources) and monitor progress.

- Build and lead crossfunctional teams; delegate tasks; maintain team morale and

cohesiveness.

- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, senior management and internal teams; manage stakeholder expectations.

- Develop and manage budgets; track expenditures and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

- Identify risks and issues; prepare mitigation plans and resolve problems as they arise.

- Prepare status reports, dashboards, MIS updates; conduct postproject evaluations.

- Ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related; MBA / Masters in Project Management is a big plus.

- Certifications such as PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 / IPMA are highly valued experience with complex IT projects.

- Core skills: leadership, time & financial management, risk & problem solving, negotiation, adaptability.

- Strong verbal & written communication; capable of engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.

- Technical proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence etc.

- Domain experience (IT software, infrastructure etc.) desirable.
